Please remind your child to bring their coat, gloves, and hats! It is starting to get very cold out. The third grade goes out in the morning for a 10 minute stretch break and then their full 30 minute recess in the afternoon. A lot of children are coming to school without a coat or jacket. Stay warm! :)

Just a couple of reminders for the week:

Next week is conferences already :) I sent home a green conference paper last week. If I did not get that back and needed to meet with you, I scheduled a conference time for you. Please return the pink paper sent home tonight so I know if that time works.

Friday we will have another pep rally. Remember to wear blue!

We still have the regular reading and spelling test. There is a math test on Friday. This is a busy week and a lot of testing is taking place. Keep up the good work guys!

For our Halloween party we will be having pizza from the hot spot. Please turn in your $3 by Friday.

I am so proud of all the third graders this morning. They worked so hard to complete the state testing. Remind your children how PROUD we are of them. They are more than just a test score :) Tomorrow is testing again. Get a good night of sleep and eat breakfast! You guys are awesome!

All of the third grade classes worked so hard to help in the community for Service Day. They helped make the bike path look wonderful. They pulled weeds, put down mulch, and planted flowers! :)

We will be taking the multiplication times test tomorrow (Thursday) instead of on Friday. Friday we will still take the Unit 5 Vocabulary Test and also the Spelling Test :) I know... a lot of testing... you guys are doing great! Keep up all of the hard work! :D
