School is out, but summer meals are in!

This summer, Pittsylvania County Schools will provide FREE breakfast and lunch to all children 18 and younger through the USDA Summer Food Service Program.

Meals will be available through:
• On-site meal locations during summer school
• Grab-and-go meal distribution sites

Grab-and-go meals will be distributed curbside at:
Chatham Middle, Dan River Middle, Gretna Middle, and Tunstall Middle
Thursdays: June 4, 11, 18, 25 and July 9, 16
5:00–6:00 p.m.

On-site meal dates and locations vary throughout June and July.

• PTO will be running concessions during activities with snacks, popcorn & drinks

🌟 Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week

This week our PTO & parents treated staff with doughnuts, Santana’s, desserts on desserts & Chick-fila as well as some special lunch coverage 🙌🏻

This is such a small way to show our principal, teachers, aides, office staff, custodians, cafeteria team, bus drivers, nurse, resource officer, and everyone in between — how much we appreciate the love, patience, hard work, and dedication they pour into our students each day.

Your impact goes far beyond the classroom, and we are so grateful for all you do! 🖤❤️🐾
