✈️ BOLDFLIGHT IS HIRING — A&P MECHANIC 🔧
BOLDFLIGHT is looking for a full-time FAA-certified A&P Mechanic to join our team and help maintain our growing flight school!
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping aircraft safe, reliable, and on the flight line. Flight school maintenance experience is a plus, but we’re interested in talking with anyone who has the right experience, attitude, and work ethic.
🔧 Primary Duties
* Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on flight school aircraft
* Complete 50/100-hour inspections
* Troubleshoot and repair aircraft, engine, electrical, and avionics-related discrepancies
* Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tires, brakes, batteries, spark plugs, filters, and servicing
* Diagnose and address pilot/instructor squawks efficiently
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize aircraft downtime
* Assist with engine, propeller, and component changes as needed
* Maintain accurate aircraft maintenance records and logbook entries
* Track inspection intervals, AD compliance, and time-limited components
* Coordinate parts ordering and outside maintenance when necessary
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance environment
* Work closely with flight operations and instructors to keep the fleet safe and available

Location: Greenwood Municipal Airport — KHFY
Greenwood, Indiana
Pay: Competitive and based on experience
Flight school aircraft work hard, and we’re looking for an A&P who understands the importance of quality maintenance, quick troubleshooting, and keeping airplanes flying without compromising safety.
