💛 FIRST DAY TEARS ARE REAL — FOR PARENTS, TOO. 💛
We understand.
We understand the tears when you have to leave your baby, toddler, or preschooler with someone you don’t know yet. We understand the lump in your throat, the worry, the “Are they okay?” thoughts, and the feeling that you just want to turn around and scoop your baby back up. 🥹
And believe me… we still cry, too.
As director, I’ve been crying for days. I have an adult child, a senior in high school, and a child experiencing their first day of middle school. And somehow, every milestone still gets me. Every first day. Every new chapter. Every time they grow just a little more independent. ❤️
That’s one more reason to trust Helping Hands Child Development Center.
We aren’t just childcare professionals. We are parents, too. We’ve been in your shoes. We know what it feels like to hand your child over to someone else and trust them with the most precious person in your world.
And that trust means everything to us.
Our relationships with your children don’t simply end when they leave Helping Hands. We have even reached out to check on some of our little ones who started public school this year. Because once you’ve been part of our Helping Hands family, you’re always part of our Helping Hands family. 🥰
So if you’re crying today…
If your child is crying today…
If you’re sitting in the parking lot wondering if you should go back in…
You are not alone.
Those tears are a reflection of how deeply you love your child. And we are honored that you trust us to love, comfort, teach, encourage, and care for them while you’re away.
At Helping Hands Child Development Center your family becomes our family. 🤍
Here’s to the first days, the hard goodbyes, the milestones, and all the beautiful growth in between.
We’ve got you. And we’ve got them. 🫶🏼
Love,
