Sergeant Goodpaster, who is also the dad of one of our LWLC kiddos, stopped by to visit with our students during Community Helpers Week! He talked with them about the important job of being a police officer, reminded them to call 911 in an emergency, and even passed around his badge for everyone to get a closer look. 👮‍♂️

Then, we headed outside for an extra-special surprise! One lucky volunteer got the chance to sound the siren in Sergeant Goodpaster’s new police car! 🚨

We are so thankful to Sergeant Goodpaster for taking the time out of his busy schedule to teach our students and help make Community Helpers Week so much fun!

We're WILD about art at the LWLC! We held our art show, showcasing some of our best artwork to our family and friends. During the event, there was an activity for the whole family, which involved painting bricks for a future sidewalk project! 🌈🎨
