Great town, great people, and a wonderful event honoring a young man gone too soon. The Colton Wright Memorial Car Show on the Covington Square today was a meaningful way to celebrate Colton’s life.

Four scholarships were awarded today to Danville Area Community College students in his memory. Congratulations to the recipients, and thank you to Colton’s family and friends for continuing to think of us and support our students.

For the past several years, every student who applied has received some type of scholarship, over 800 recipients and more than $1 million awarded each year.
