The Growing Room Education Council was incorporated as a California non-profit corporation and has b A wide variety of enrichment activities is offered daily.
Experiences are varied to stimulate intellectual, social, physical and emotional development in all types of learners. The children enjoy a fun and diverse curriculum, including academic activities, science, geography, cooking, arts and crafts, music and movement, literature, group games, sports and dramatic play. The Growing Room also provides a Homework Club, which is offered in a quiet, structured setting with assistance from our staff members.

During our Makers and Masterminds week, our campers constructed and decorated their very own cars! Fueled with popcorn and gummy bears, they drove right in and watched Cars at their very own drive-in movie theater.

Friday is Provider Appreciation Day!
This year we celebrate Provider Appreciation Day on Friday, May 7 to honor childcare providers across the nation for the extraordinary work they do. Childcare providers were “essential” long before the pandemic, and the past year has highlighted the lengths to which they are willing to go to keep their doors open for the children and families they serve. It has been quite a challenge, and our staff continues to rise to the occasion with grace and enthusiasm. Please feel free to help acknowledge your child's Growing Room staff on Provider Appreciation Day! 🙂
