It's almost time for the solar eclipse! So that our students can experience the peak of the eclipse on Monday, April 8, we will be making some changes to the school day. Toliver will start at 8:20 a.m., and dismissal will be at 3:20 p.m. Everything throughout the district will be shifted back by 30 minutes, including buses, breakfast, and lunch. This is the first Monday back to school after spring break, so please set your alarms accordingly.

Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2024 will be Non-Traditional Instruction (NTI) day #1 for Danville Independent Schools. Our schools will be closed, and students will be completing school work from home. Mary G. Hogsett Primary School and Edna L. Toliver Intermediate School have sent home packets to be completed, and students at John W. Bate Middle School and Danville High School will be completing work virtually. Central Office will have a delayed opening at 9 a.m. Stay safe and warm.
