Recently, the committee donated 22 books to North Elementary School in Providence, North Carolina. A special thank you to our own Ms. Debra Pyles for delivering the books and representing our chapter as she shared our commitment to educational excellence.

As we move through May Week, we are reminded that rest is not a reward; it is part of the work. To continue serving, leading, learning, and showing up for our communities, we must also take time to reset our minds, recharge our bodies, and renew our spirits.
Today, we encourage you to pause with purpose. Breathe. Reflect. Hydrate. Unplug. Pray. Stretch. Journal. Rest.
A stronger finish begins with a restored spirit.
