Come out this Saturday to the Community Expo and Fun Day! I will be there from 10-3, as well as many other amazing vendors and leaders in the health and fitness community in the Danville/Pittsylvania County area! It's going to be a great day for the whole family!

Thank you to High Street Baptist Church for hosting a great Fitness and Health Fair today! We had a great time, learned about proper nutrition, and even got some line dancing in! Also, thank you to everyone who came out and supported myself and the other local vendors! It's so great to be in the fellowship of other people with the same goals for health!

Hi, friends! I'm back from vacation and getting back at it! Classes are back to normal, starting this evening with the Chair Workout Class tonight at Vance Street Missionary Baptist Church at 6:00pm - 7:00pm, and Morning Momentum HIIT Class tomorrow at Fitness from 5:00am - 7:00am. Hope to see you all there!
