Adult and Career Education Center- ACEC

Jose Iraheta has earned the ServSafe Food Handler Certification through ACEC, demonstrating his expertise in food safety. Currently, Jose serves as the pizza chef at Carini's Express Italian Food in Danville. He is also pursuing a General Educational Development (GED) certificate at ACEC. Congratulations are in order for Jose on his achievement.

Tashawn shared that this achievement means everything to him, and he believes elevation comes from keeping the faith. He expressed that his future plans are to continue elevating in life by keeping his faith in the Most High and remaining focused on his goals.

Tashawn would like to thank everyone who supported and encouraged him along the way. He also wants to encourage others to keep the faith and stay committed to achieving their goals. According to Tashawn, success requires hard work, dedication, and commitment.

Please help us congratulate Uziel Vivas Pelaez on earning his GED!

Uziel began his journey as a student in our ESL program with a goal of creating greater opportunities for his future through education. Today, that goal has become a reality. Uziel shared that this accomplishment represents the closing of one chapter and the beginning of a new one as he prepares to start college and pursue even greater success.

Uziel would like to thank all of his teachers and staff at ACEC for their support, patience, encouragement, motivation, and the time they invested in helping him reach this milestone. He is truly grateful to everyone who played a role in his journey.

His story is a powerful example of what persistence, dedication, and faithfulness to a goal can produce. Through hard work and determination, Uziel has proven that obstacles can be overcome and dreams can become reality.
