Seriously, we need to start recording his belt and stripe celebrations because nobody celebrates quite like this kid! 😂 Every stripe is a world championship, and every belt promotion is basically the Super Bowl!

And honestly… we LOVE it. His excitement and happiness are absolutely contagious!

Jokes aside, congratulations on your Brown Belt and on the grand opening of your gym!

We all know how hard you’ve worked for this. You’ve gone through surgeries, setbacks, and everything life has thrown at you, but you never stopped. You’ve been there working at the new gym, coaching classes, training, and still finding a way to keep moving forward.

You’re one of the few people we actually have to tell to take a day off from Jiu-Jitsu.

More than your Jiu-Jitsu, I’m proud of the person you’ve become. You’re a great coach, student and friend. This brown belt represents much more than your technique—it represents your dedication, resilience, and everything you’ve put into this journey.

Congratulations, my friend. You’ve earned it.

Good luck in this new chapter of your life. I’m excited to see where this journey takes you.

First of all, congratulations to all of our kids who earned their stripes and belts!

We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you. These achievements represent your hard work, dedication, discipline, and growth on and off the mats.

A huge thank you to all of our parents for trusting us with your children and allowing us to be part of their journey. It means more to us than you know.

We are officially open in Danvers, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything has turned out. This new chapter is very special to us, and we’re excited for everything that’s ahead for our Gentle Art Dojo family.

And for the kids who couldn’t make it on Saturday — don’t worry! Your belt or stripe is coming. You’ve earned it, and we can’t wait to celebrate you too!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the João Miyao seminar today! 🙏

It was truly an honor to have joao miyao at our dojo and to learn from one of the best in the world. João, thank you for sharing your knowledge, your time, and your passion with us. We’re incredibly grateful that you came to our New England home and made this day so special.

We couldn’t have asked for a better way to end the day — first celebrating our kids’ graduations, and then having the opportunity to learn from João. Two very special moments in one unforgettable day.

Thank you, João, and thank you to everyone who came out and supported the seminar. We’re very grateful for all of you who continue to make this community so special.
