This past week I received the nicest compliment that I could imagine...
My little TreeHouse friend Audri, was wearing a pair of kinda tight jeans, and a pink TShirt, she asked if I liked her outfit, i replied yes I do, you look very cute. She replied "I don't know how you like wearing jeans all the time" ( she wears leggings a lot), I laughed and said I've worn jeans my whole life. She said to me " it was dress as someone you admire day at school " i said oh yeah, that's fun, who are you dressed like?" She said "Really Miss Treza,?? I'm YOU!"
Melted my heart!!

The TreeHouse After-Care Program will be OPEN tomorrow March 20, 2026!!!
It's been a long 9 days,. We all are looking fwd to seeing our kids and families!

It is with great frustration that we announce the continued closure of the TreeHouse in Dannemora. The village secretaries have told us the needed part was being "overnighted" from another state, but still isn't here.
I apologize for the huge inconvenience and stress that this places on our families.
We have been brainstorming ideas to get us up and running as quickly as possible. We have started working with NYS OCFS, on options that may be suitable. At this time, we are told by the village secretary that they are sorry for the inconvenience, hopefully will can reopen by Friday.

We are very sorry to share that The TreeHouse After-Care Program in Dannemora will continue to be closed today 3/16 and tomorrow 3/17 due to unresolved water issues. We are very sorry for this inconvenience, and we understand that this is causing much stress on our families.
We are told that the maintenance department at the village is working diligently to repair the problem and are hopeful we can reopen Wednesday 3/18/26.

The TreeHouse After-Care Program in Dannemora will be closed again tomorrow 3/16/26 due to continued water problems in the building. We hope to be open Tuesday, but will update everyone as we learn more.

The TreeHouse After-Care Program is looking for someone to join our TreeHouse family.
We are looking for someone who enjoys being with children, who likes playing games indoors and outdoors. The right person will possess good energy, a positive attitude and be able to work well with others. This position is approximately 20 hours per week. 1:30pm- 5:30pm M-F.
