Olivia and Makayla spent the day at a floral design clinic to help grow their skills for the Floral Design CDE!

On Friday, Madison County High School agricultural education students attended the first Ag Dawg for A Day with UGA College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences!

Students started with a tour of the UGA Botanical Gardens then headed over to the Poultry Farm to hear about all of the different opportunities and majors!

During lunch, students heard from UGA Admissions, All Georgia, and about the Rural Scholarship program.

After lunch, we traveled to the Food Science building to learn about opportunities in food science and how to make dip n dots!

We ended the day in the Entomology Zoo learning about the different insects and purposes in our world! And even got to hold some!
