SRTLC is open to senior 4-H members ages 14–18 from across the Southern Region. This conference provides an exceptional opportunity for youth to strengthen their leadership and citizenship skills while connecting with fellow 4-H members from across the region. Participants will leave inspired and equipped to make a positive impact in their clubs, schools, and communities.

We had the opportunity to learn from TWRA biologists about electrofishing at our beautiful Mossy Creek. They demonstrated how this important fisheries management tool is used to temporarily stun fish so they can be safely identified, measured, studied, and released back into the water. It was a great hands-on experience that taught us how biologists monitor the health of our streams and help conserve Tennessee’s aquatic wildlife. We are so fortunate to have such a beautiful natural resource right here in our community. Thank you to TWRA for sharing your knowledge and giving our campers such an unforgettable learning experience!
