Theo of Golden is soaking up the last of those summer beach vibes!
Mrs. Suarez brought Theo along to beautiful Montauk, where the sand, salty air and sound of the waves made the perfect backdrop for a little summer reading. From adventures around the world to relaxing days by the shore, we’ve loved seeing all the places Theo of Golden has traveled with our Mustang community this summer. Our schoolwide summer reading selection traded the shoreline for the open sea as Mrs. Baird brought Theo of Golden along on a cruise to beautiful Bermuda. Ocean views, a little island sunshine🔆 and a few chapters with Theo? Sounds like smooth sailing for summer reading to us! From Connecticut getaways to adventures at sea, our students, faculty and staff are showing us that Theo of Golden makes the perfect summer travel companion. Sometimes the best summer adventures happen right at home!
Bernadette, Layla and Zoe found their own cozy spots to settle in and enjoy their Theo of Golden adventures. No plane tickets, passports or packed suitcases needed... just a comfy place and a great book! Our Boys Golf team tees off for the first match of the season today! Mother Nature is adding an extra challenge with a little rain, but our Mustangs have been putting in the work and are ready to take on the course. Good luck, Mustangs! We know you’re going to do great!

One of the highlights of this school year was welcoming so many incredible guests to our campus. They shared their expertise, their experiences and, most importantly, their time with our students. From learning how LesserEvil built its brand to experiencing an interactive distracted driving simulation with Save A Life Tour, our students explored lessons that reached far beyond the classroom. They also gained insight into resilience and emotional intelligence with Nicolas Jones, a wonderful career journey with Shay Taylor-Allen, investing and finance with Michael Sommer and even had access to a free EKG screening through In A Heartbeat. These are just a few of the many speakers, professionals and organizations who enriched our community this year. Theo of Golden is on the move again, but this summer adventure is a little closer to home! Our schoolwide summer reading selection made its way to Water’s Edge Resort & Spa right here in Connecticut with Siobhan. A beautiful view, a relaxing summer day and a few chapters of Theo of Golden? Sounds like a pretty perfect Connecticut getaway to us! Our students, faculty and staff are showing us that you don’t have to travel far to find the perfect summer reading spot. Arianna Petta recently graduated from Saint Michael’s College with degrees in Art Education and Art & Design. She is excited to begin her career as an Art Teacher in the Diocese of Bridgeport, joining the faculty at All Saints Catholic School in Norwalk. Arianna feels blessed to be returning to the diocese, where she will have the opportunity to share her love of art and faith with her students. Her creativity, passion for education and commitment to Catholic values will undoubtedly inspire the young artists in her classroom. Congratulations, Arianna! We know you’ll do great things! Theo of Golden is on the road again — and this time, everything’s bigger in Texas!

Our Head of School, Wendy Neil, brought her summer reading along to the beautiful San Antonio River Walk. With its winding waterways, colorful scenery and plenty of spots to sit back with a good book, it looks like Theo found another perfect summer destination!
