Join me this FALL for a 6-week virtual support group for parents of neurodivergent kids (ages 2-12) — focused on emotional regulation, communication, routines, and building a home where everyone can thrive. 💜

Emotional regulation doesn’t have to wait until you’re overwhelmed.

Small moments of care can help your nervous system reset and support you in responding to life with more intention and less reactivity.
