Exploring the incredible beauty of the Constitutional Island Marsh Sunday! 🏝️ It's amazing to see so many different species thriving in this protected sanctuary. I love how the wetlands provide such a vital habitat for wildlife. 🦅 Seeing birds like these makes me appreciate nature even more. It’s a peaceful escape and a reminder of how important conservation efforts are. Truly a special place to connect with the natural world. 💚

Afternoon Tea at Disney’s Grand Floridian was the perfect blend of elegance, relaxation, and quality time together. ☕🌸

Instead of recreating lessons, newsletters, projects, and resources year after year, create folders by school year and save everything in one place. Need that amazing activity from three years ago? A quick search in Drive can bring it right back!

💡 Pro Tip: Create folders for each school year and subfolders for subjects, units, or events. Future you will be grateful when planning season rolls around.

I have been recharging and thinking about student voice lately. I believe in showing student voice and utilizing those devices for creation and not consumption. Thinking back to my schooling I remember those heavy encyclopedias that we went to the Library to use, with alphabetical order lessons and realizing that sometimes we truly needed more of the same letter of encyclopedias. Those were our limitations, todays students limitations are different. It depends on what technology experience you are comfortable with. From all my tech experience I know that staying at least two days ahead of the students you will survive.

Walking into summer like… Trading lesson plans for road trips, grading for sunshine, and alarms for a little extra sleep. After a year of teaching, learning, and growing together, it's time to recharge and make some summer memories.
