As summer winds down, we are getting ready to kick off an exciting 2026–2027 dance season! Classes officially begin on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. As a quick reminder, while classes launch on the 1st, the studio will be closed for Labor Day weekend from September 5th through September 7th.

March with Us in the Damascus Kick Off Parade this Friday!

The annual Celebrate Damascus weekend is here, and we would love for our studio families to join us and march alongside us in the Kick Off Parade this Friday, July 10, 2026!

Here are the details for meeting up:

When: This Friday, July 10, 2026

Our Arrival/Meet-up Time: 6:30 pm

Parade Start Time: 7:00 pm

What to Wear: Please wear pink and any studio apparel to represent our dance family!

Parade Route Information: The community parade will travel up Route 27 from the High School to Lewis Drive and end at the Damascus Volunteer Fire Department Activities Grounds. This year's parade theme is Celebrating 250 Years of Freedom.

Please let us know if you and your dancer can make it to march with us so we can finalize our headcount. We hope to see you there representing the studio!

Are your dancers ready to "Try Everything" this August? We are thrilled to announce a brand-new, 3-day summer pop-up mini-camp series inspired by the world of Disney's Zootopia! Before the back-to-school routines kick back in, give your dancers a high-energy, creative outlet to close out their summer vacation.

Ms. Amanda is teaching those camp classes herself, and she cannot wait to dance with your kids! We are offering these special daytime camps across two separate weeks at our Wheaton and Damascus locations.

CAMP OPTIONS & AGE GROUPS

Bunnyburrow Academy (Ages 3–5) | 9:00am–11:30am Perfect for younger dancers! This session features a fun blend of creative movement, foundational ballet, Judy Hopps themed obstacle courses, and daily custom crafts.

Gazelle’s Backup Dancers (Ages 6–9) | 12:30pm–3:30pm Unleash your inner pop star! Dancers will dive into high-energy jazz and hip hop choreography inspired by the different districts of Zootopia, design their own performance props, and receive a digital video link of their final routine to share with family.
