Yes on Measure E - Protect Our Local High Schools A community page in support of Measure E, a funding measure for the Jefferson Union High School District. Vote Yes on Measure E on June 7, 2016!

Jefferson Union High School District (JUHSD), which includes high schools serving Daly City, Pacifica, Brisbane, Colma and Broadmoor, provides a great education for the students in our communities. Our teachers and students are very grateful for the support the community showed for our high schools by passing Measure Y in 2012. However, this funding is due to expire in June 2016, so we are asking

the community to renew it by voting YES on Measure E on the June 7, 2016 ballot. Measure E extends this funding for ten years and includes a very modest increase, from the current $48/year to $60/year. To continue preparing our students for college and high paying jobs, our high schools—Jefferson, Oceana, Terra Nova, Westmoor and Thornton—need a stable source of funding. This measure would provide money that cannot be taken by the state.
