Recap from last weekend’s ITKFA tournament!

We were too excited to get a group photo (oops!), but you get to see a collection of our smiling faces instead. :)

Advice from a green belt to younger students! 🗣️

“To get to a green belt, you have to work hard… a lot!”

So very true. 😆 In fact, Kung Fu is often described as “skill achieved through hard work, dedication, and practice over time.”

We also have to give a big hand to this SDKF student for being brave and sharing his advice with his classmates. That’s the green belt spirit right there!

We had a great time at the Golden Mountain Tournament last Saturday! It was great to see so many faces old and new come out for a wonderful event. Can’t wait for the third annual one next year!
