Building Kidz School - Daly city specializes in Performing Arts to Enhance Academic Excellence! Children between the ages of 2-6 start developing physical coordination, begin to combine ideas and learn more complex games, all the while learning about themselves and each other. Our preschool curriculum introduces language, math, science and social skills in a way to encourage learning at the child’s own pace. Our teachers at Building Kidz School - Daly City also provide plenty of individual attention to support your child’s unique needs. The lights come up. The music starts. A room full of families leans in as our little stars take their places.

Twice a year, Building Kidz of Daly City schools put on Broadway-style productions, and the children are the heart of every show. Weeks of rehearsal help them grow their memory, language and teamwork, but the real magic happens in that moment on stage, when they realize just how much they can do.

Why does movement matter so much in early childhood? Motor skills help children get ready to write, dress themselves, play with friends and focus in the classroom. At Building Kidz of Daly City, we build these skills into every day through:

Gross motor: Climbing, balancing and jumping for strength and coordination
Fine motor: Stacking, threading and drawing to strengthen little hands

Who helps us every day? This month, our classrooms are finding out! From firefighters to the many everyday heroes in our neighborhoods, children are learning about the people who keep our communities safe, healthy and strong.

Through stories, role play and hands-on activities, children build:

Empathy and gratitude for the people around them
