Tonight was the monthly class for G**os/ Jr G**os and those prepping to test for G**o.

Each month we are refining the basics in material/ how to teach. Tonight we worked a little disarms, some knife and some basic 1st aid.

We will be rolling out special safety classes for the community. A family friendly workshop where participants can learn the basics of what to do during a physical altercation as well as a medical emergency.

The first of these workshops is this Saturday 7/18/26

Come learn how to defend yourself and others. Come learn how to save yourself and others during a choking emergency.

Filipino Martial Arts at the 10th World Congress of Biomechanics?

To become a G**o at Legacy FMA several things must happen. Including a research paper. But when you ask a PHD of mechanical engineering and Biomechanics that research paper ends up much more in depth!

Two of our very own presented their findings in Canada during the 10th World Congress of Biomechanics.

Topic was about strike kinematics in Filipino Martial Arts:)
