Endless Opportunities - Work Experience Endless Opportunities, Inc. Entering the workforce for the first time can be challenging, especially for younger workers with limited work experience. E.O.E.

is a federally funded WIOA company serving local communities with multiple programs geared toward helping young adults achieve various milestones - from obtaining their GED to gaining additional career-based training. is a locally owned and operated company dedicated to helping young adults by assisting them in advancing their education, giving them an overview of family-sustaining career paths, a

nd readying them for the workforce. Participants will receive 12 months of follow-up services after completing the program to help them continue to move forward and become more productive members of the community. Our work experience training program operates in cooperation with local businesses to provide work experience to individuals between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty four (24). Our goal is to provide paid job skills training to qualified applicants not currently working or attending school to help them obtain a full-time permanent job within a field that interests them. This allows for a strengthening of our community through education, experience, and relationships that are formed from participation in the program. We also operate several other distinct programs including a GED Youth Success Academy and Short-term Training Program.
