Hamilton University Base HUB We strive to promote a nourishing environment for education, career planning, and personal growth.

Believing that the key to a healthy community lies in educational opportunities, Hamilton Health Care System developed Hamilton University Base in October 2009 and began providing leadership development training and clinical training for Hamilton’s associates and volunteers to improve patient care. Hamilton is committed to the education and development of its associates by expanding their skills,

knowledge, and ability. Training and Development contributes directly to the well-being and success of both the individual and the organization, Our proactive attitude to the learning needs of staff promotes a nourishing environment for continuing education, career planning, and personal growth. What began as an initiative to provide leadership development opportunities for Hamilton has quickly grown into a continuing education program designed to benefit the community as a whole.
