🌟 Speaker Spotlight: Erin Kraner & Melanie Halbrook 🌟

Erin Kraner and Melanie Halbrook are leaders at the Children & Family Advocacy Center (CFAC), where they combine deep forensic interviewing experience with a focus on training, team development, and community engagement. Erin, Director of People Operations, oversees organizational infrastructure and trauma-informed systems that support staff and clients, while Melanie, Director of Community Relations, leads community training, awareness efforts, and marketing.

Both are certified law enforcement instructors who work closely with the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy and serve as faculty for ChildFirst Arkansas, mentoring forensic interviewers across the state.

A committed community leader, Joe serves on the Board of The Center for Alexandria’s Children, working to end child abuse and neglect in the City of Alexandria, and has held multiple leadership roles with the Virginia Bankers Association and the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce.

Joe brings both professional and personal insight to conversations about supporting survivors and strengthening communities.
