We regret to inform you Rufus Howell Skeen, Father of Phil Skeen, passed Friday, August 7, 2026. Funeral services will be held Monday, August 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Old Center Church, in Newville, Alabama. Howell will lie in state at the church from 12:00 until 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow in the church cemetery, with a rendering of bagpipes to close the service.
