The family will receive friends at Hightower Funeral Home in Bremen, GA on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM and again that evening at First Baptist Church of Bremen from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM. A funeral service will be held to honor and celebrate Richard's life on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Bremen.
