We are thrilled to begin our 11th year of serving the special needs community at Cornerstone Achievement Center (CAC). Each year brings new goals, dreams, and opportunities, and this year is no exception. We are excited to share that our student enrollment has grown, new curriculum and technology have been introduced, and we have launched a unique social skills program designed to enrich the daily lives of our students.
Our theme for this year is engagement. While engagement has always been at the heart of our teaching model, we have restructured our daily programming and welcomed new team members who will lead academics and social skills training. These additions allow us to create more dynamic, personalized learning experiences. At CAC, individualized attention is our hallmark—purposeful engagement in academics, social development, and life skills training is the key to unlocking every student’s success.
Community engagement is equally important to us. Each month, our students participate in outings to local museums, restaurants, retail stores, and other venues that bring classroom learning to life. These experiences strengthen their skills while fostering meaningful connections with the world around them.
