Uplift Williams Preparatory Uplift Williams Preparatory is a free, public charter school serving scholars in grades PreK-12th.

Uplift Education is the largest public charter school network in North Texas. Established in 1996 with one school in Irving, we have now grown to a network serving nearly 16,000 scholars in Pre-K through 12th grade on 19 campuses across the D/FW metroplex. Our schools have received national recognition and 100% of our graduates are consistently accepted to college. Each school provides free, college-preparatory education in a community that has limited high quality public education options. Our goal is to completely CLOSE the opportunity gap between students, regardless of their ethnic or socio-economic background, while ensuring that 100% of our students graduate and enroll in college. Uplift’s big goal is for 70% of its graduates to earn a college degree within six years.

A school that makes room for their questions. Worth sharing with the group chat. 💬

From kindergarten through 12th grade, Uplift’s International Baccalaureate (IB) approach encourages scholars to investigate ideas, explore different perspectives, and connect what they learn to the world around them.

Applications for new scholars are now open for the 2027–28 school year! Apply for your child or a sibling, or send this to a friend looking for a school.
