I have Bachelor of Science degrees in both Therapeutic Recreation, and Nursing from Southern University where I played football for 3 years. I've acquired over 13 years of experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. My focus of training has been on general fitness, weight-loss, injury prevention, pre/post natal exercise, senior fitness and individuals with sport specific goals.
