GET READY for this sneak peek of our Phi Beta Chapter’s new home, located in the heart of campus at the University of Arizona! 🏡💙 Move-in day will be in the fall of 2028!

We are so excited for Phi Beta Chapter members to experience premier living in a Tri Delta home. The new Phi Beta house will have room for 80 resident members and will include amenities like an al fresco dining terrace, a private grand courtyard, professional kitchen staff for all-chapter dining, a large dining and meeting room, pod-style private bathrooms, Zen/calming rooms and single, double and triple bedrooms.

Construction will begin this academic year! While the community watches the house rise from the groundbreaking, our members will have insider access to design previews and opportunities for hard hat tours as the house is built.

Tri Delta is pleased to announce that after a nationwide search, Kate Tarpey, Iowa, has been named Chief Financial Officer of Tri Delta, effective Aug. 24, 2026. Kate brings more than 25 years of executive financial leadership experience to Tri Delta, having dedicated her career to helping mission-driven organizations build financial strength, expand their impact and position themselves for long-term sustainability.

“Kate brings a wealth of experience and expertise from across the nonprofit sector. I am thrilled to be able to bring another insightful, accomplished Tri Delta leader onto our team,” said Tri Delta Chief Executive Officer Mindy Tucker, Southern Methodist.
