Gaston College Libraries The Gaston College Libraries strive to meet the information needs of the students, faculty, staff, and the community.

The Libraries offer computers for research use, high-speed Internet access, a wireless network, and more than 65,000 books. Gaston College has two library locations at the Dallas and Lincoln Campuses. The Libraries are open to all faculty, staff, students, and residents of the Gaston and Lincoln County communities. Picture identification must be presented at time of application for a library card.

Cardholders must be 18 years of age or enrolled in a Gaston College program in order to secure a card. If a potential library user is not 18 years of age or a Gaston College student, a parent or legal guardian makes the card application, whereby the minor has permission to use it. Borrowing privileges vary with the type of card issued.

When Jennifer Edens decided to return to school, finding a balance between her studies and personal life was non-negotiable. Despite challenges, she wanted to grow both personally and professionally.

Jennifer graduated in May with an associate degree in Criminal Justice Technology - Forensic Science and hopes to continue balancing her professional dreams with her family life.
