Functional Neuroimaging of Memory Laboratory

Functional Neuroimaging of Memory Laboratory Research Laboratory of Dr. Michael Rugg at the Center for Vital Longevity

Research programs in our laboratory use electrophysiological (EEG & ERP) and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) methods to investigate a variety of aspects of human memory. We are mainly interested in the cognitive and neural bases of memory encoding and retrieval, as well as how and why memory function differs as a result of healthy aging or neurological disease.
