This marks the final commencement of our spring season, and we feel a deep sense of gratitude for the opportunity to have walked alongside these leaders throughout their yearlong journey.

Last Thursday, the Drucker cohort completed the 52-week Integral Leadership Program, marking the first commencement of our Spring season. During the ceremony, each participant shared a reflection on their journey and the growth they’ve experienced. There was a shared recognition throughout the room that this commencement was not the finish line, but the start of the work ahead. Congratulations, Drucker, we look forward to the meaningful contributions they will continue to make within their teams and organizations.

Last week, on February 6th, Stagen celebrated its 27th year of business.
Over nearly three decades, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside thousands of leaders across various organizations. In the last five years alone, the organization has doubled in size and remains on a strong growth trajectory, allowing us to extend our impact in meaningful ways.
Pictured here is Stagen’s first dollar, given to our CEO, Rand Stagen, by Stagen Member and dear friend, Rick Sapio. It’s a simple reminder of where our work began and how far we’ve come.
Our Shared Purpose, to discover and fulfill the promise of our potential, continues to guide us. When leaders commit to their development, the impact extends beyond the individual. It reaches their teams, their organizations, and the communities they serve.
