Rogers-O’Brien Construction recently shared the story behind their commitment to leadership development and the impact of their partnership with Stagen. Through the voices and experiences highlighted in the article, RO demonstrates what’s possible when an organization fully commits to investing in their leaders.

As part of this commitment, Rogers-O’Brien has made a significant investment in leadership development through their partnership with us. By the end of 2026, more than 400 RO employees will have completed a Stagen program, with a goal of reaching 600+ by the end of 2027. This investment isn’t reserved for senior leaders. It’s designed to develop leaders at every level of the organization.

Last Thursday, the Drucker cohort completed the 52-week Integral Leadership Program, marking the first commencement of our Spring season. During the ceremony, each participant shared a reflection on their journey and the growth they’ve experienced. There was a shared recognition throughout the room that this commencement was not the finish line, but the start of the work ahead. Last week, on February 6th, Stagen celebrated its 27th year of business.

Over nearly three decades, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside thousands of leaders across various organizations. In the last five years alone, the organization has doubled in size and remains on a strong growth trajectory, allowing us to extend our impact in meaningful ways.

Our Shared Purpose, to discover and fulfill the promise of our potential, continues to guide us. When leaders commit to their development, the impact extends beyond the individual. It reaches their teams, their organizations, and the communities they serve.
