Come join us in Paris!
The Paris Summer Studio 2026 will be a for-credit, two-week survey of the architecture of the City of Paris. The program will explore the history of Paris' unique look and feel through class outings to a variety of architecturally compelling locations, and each student will be required to document the experience through the creation of an on-location freehand sketch journal.
The influential character of Neoclassical art and design in Paris will be explored. In addition, students will experience a series of sustainable urban design initiatives that have been constructed and implemented throughout the city. These innovative structures will be examined for potential lessons in the design of effective and compelling buildings and city centers within the U.S.
