DBU Commercial Music at Grammy U Industry Insights:

Professor Green and our Commercial Music students recently attended Grammy U Industry Insights at the UNT College of Music, hosted by the Grammy U Texas Chapter.

The afternoon brought our students face-to-face with Recording Academy members, Grammy-winning producers, label executives, and working artists through speed-networking tables, a panel discussion, and an introduction to the Grammy U Mentorship Program — which pairs students with industry pros like Jordin Sparks, JP Saxe, and Michael League.

Students walked away with new contacts, new mentors, and a clearer vision of where they fit in the music industry.

We believe excellent musicianship, strong character, and real industry access belong together. Proud of our students for showing up prepared, curious, and ready to engage!
