Jefferson Place Learning & Developmental Center, Inc, opened it's doors on this day 33 years ago. As we step into year 34, we commemorate this special anniversary as we pause to honor a vision that has transformed into a cherished legacy of learning, growth, and excellence.

We thank GOD for his blessings that continue to guide this program, as we move forward in developing young minds.

Jefferson Place management, teachers, and staff are so thankful and appreciative to all parents, grandparents, past students, friends, and supporters who came out and participated in our scholarship fundraiser. It's people like you who truly make the difference in helping to support our graduates go to college. We remain steadfast in our goals to not only educate at a young age, but to follow up with scholarships for higher education. It takes a village and we thank you for being apart of our endevors.

🚂🔢 Learning is on the right track in our preschool classroom! Today, our preschool students had a wonderful time participating in a fun and engaging number activity using a special Number Train created by their teacher, Ms. Ree Ree.

Through hands-on learning experiences like this, children strengthen their number recognition, counting skills, and one-to-one correspondence while building confidence and having fun with their classmates.

We love creating meaningful activities that make learning exciting and memorable for our little learners. Great job, preschool friends, and a special thank you to Ms. Ree Ree for bringing creativity and learning together! 🖤💛🐆✨

Our toddlers had a wonderful time during circle time this morning! 🌞📚🎶

Circle time is an important part of our day as it helps build listening skills, language development, social interaction, and classroom routines. Through songs, stories, discussions, and hands-on learning activities, our little learners are developing confidence, communication skills, and a love for learning in a fun and engaging environment.

We love watching their curious minds grow as they learn together, share ideas, and participate with their friends each day! ❤️

There was so much learning and imagination happening in our Home Living Center this morning as a few of our preschool friends enjoyed cooking meals, washing dishes, setting the table, and engaging in dramatic play with one another. 🏠❤️

The Home Living Center is much more than play, it is an important part of early childhood development. Through pretend play, children build communication and language skills, learn to cooperate and share with friends, develop problem-solving abilities, practice social and emotional skills, and strengthen their creativity and imagination.

These everyday moments of play help children make sense of the world around them while building confidence and independence. We love watching our little learners explore, create, and grow through meaningful play experiences each day!
