I like the idea behind this infographic because small habits do not ask you to change everything at once. They ask you to repeat something useful until starting takes less effort.

Once this happens, you spend less energy deciding whether to begin and more time doing the work.

Over time, the effect goes beyond the habit itself. Keeping a small promise to yourself can build confidence.

So I would not search for the perfect routine. I would choose one action that feels easy enough to repeat tomorrow.

Direction can change before the result becomes visible.
