Today at Solar Boys, we did the "Shake It Off" practice with GoNoodle as well as the Rabbit-Buzzing Bee breathing after our Mindful Anchor with our Mindful Leaders who also led their favorite breathing strategies. They thought were were going to dance to Taylor Swift's song, "Shake it off" and were ready to go. :). The joy of being little.
This is a fabulous practice for adults.
