Since the pandemic began, AP teachers and students have told us how much they care about continuing AP coursework and taking AP Exams. Options for 2021 exams are meant to prioritize health and safety while preserving college credit opportunities.
This year’s AP Exams will be administered during three testing windows.

🔹 June 1-11
Each school gets to decide when and where their students test. Your school will share your AP Exam details with you later this spring.
If your school can’t offer AP Exams in person because of covid-19, at-home testing can be authorized in most subjects. Both in-person and at-home AP Exams will be full-length. Your school will share your AP Exam details with you later this spring.
Students can use free online resources to prepare for AP Exams. The learning tools in AP Classroom, including AP Daily videos, topic questions, personal progress checks, and your progress dashboard, can help whether you’re learning online or in person.

College Board Details AP Testing This Year
The College Board has announced plans for Advanced Placement testing this year. Between early May and mid-June, each exam will be given three times. The first test will be in school, with paper and pencil. The second and third exams will feature "many subjects’ exams" on computers.
