We've raised over $60 million and contributed countless volunteer hours to support the Dallas Public Library, ensuring essential programs and services continue. March 13,1950 - Friends of the Dallas Public Library (FODPL) founded by a group of 23 citizens determined to hold the City of Dallas accountable to expand and improve the Dallas Public Library system
