CWA's membership consists of half a million women and like-minded men from all walks of life who share in CWA's vision to restore the family to its traditional purpose. We are a non-partisan, non-sectarian organization with members affiliated with several political parties and/or religious denominations. State Chapter

CWA has nearly 500 prayer/action chapters in almost every state, where our members pray, educate themselves and others, and act to protect those Biblical principles we believe are the foundation of freedom. And you too can make a difference by joining CWA! No previous training is necessary; we will provide you with all the tools you need to make your voice heard in Texas and at the federal level. Our Legislation department provides you with the information you need to make a difference in our nation's capitol. They provide our members with action alerts, policy papers, information on key votes and current legislation, as well as resources for contacting your elected representatives to make your voice heard on Capitol Hill. Legal Studies keeps its finger on the pulse of our judicial system and its impact on families and our nation. From court rulings to judicial nominees, they help our member understand those legal concepts that will ultimately affect their families. We also focus on Culture and Family Issues by monitoring cultural trends, the media, and the radical homosexual agenda. CWA of Texas’s Fort Worth Prayer/Action Chapter is known for finding meaningful ways to serve their community while advancing the issues CWA cares deeply about. Their latest project partnered with Unbound Now, an organization that walks alongside survivors of human trafficking from the first moments of rescue through long-term recovery. Chapter members assembled backpacks filled with essential items for rescued victims and, most importantly, spent time praying over each one—asking God to bring healing, hope, protection, and restoration to the lives of those who will receive them.
