Can you slowly loose your mucus plug? I’ve gone to the restroom twice and there’s been two thicker than usual things in the toilet.
1 centimeter still
Contractions are very strong and close together, I won’t be able to sleep
I have been having so so so much pro-dromal labor! Does that mean I might go into labor soon? :) lol or does it have no correlation?
I had lightning crotch last time, but I don’t think it was until much later. And I don’t think it was this bad.
Thank you yes my ni***es are so raw

Class is taught by Cody Butler-a husband and proud new father of one, living right here in Dallas. After starting out as a client of North Dallas Doulas, Cody quickly became passionate about supporting other dads on their journey into parenthood. Now, as an instructor, he brings great energy, honesty, and plenty of relatable stories — including a few hard-learned lessons — to help new fathers feel confident, connected, and ready for the adventure ahead. His goal is simple: to help every dad show up as the best version of himself for his partner and baby. This class is intended for first-time expecting fathers. DM us for more info!

World Breastfeeding Week 2025
🌍 August 1–7
Theme: “Prioritize Breastfeeding: Create Sustainable Support Systems”
At North Dallas Doula Associates, we believe every family deserves the support and resources needed for breastfeeding success, especially during the tender postpartum season.
This year, we’re proud to support Delighted to Doula Birth Services, a Dallas-based nonprofit dedicated to providing free postpartum doula care, lactation support, and community-based education to Black and underserved families across Dallas County. 💜
To help them continue this life-changing work, we’re hosting a Breastfeeding Essentials Drive for the month of August, collecting key items that set families up for sustainable success.

🌸 Join us for our popular Mommy & Me Lunch at Breadwinners NorthPark!
It’s the perfect chance to enjoy a meal with both hands free (your doulas are happy to help with baby snuggles 😉), connect with other moms in the same season, and savor some time out of the house.
Everyone covers their own meal, and we just ask that you RSVP so we can give the restaurant a headcount.
We can’t wait to see you there! 💕

We love watching Dr. Lauren Murray care for her patients with such heart. Her no-nonsense approach, clinical skill, and genuine presence are just a few of the reasons we value our long-standing relationship with Walnut Hill OB GYN. Births alongside her are always a joy.

Our hearts have been heavy this week as we’ve watched the flooding across Texas, especially knowing that some of our clients and colleagues have children who were at Camp Mystic.
As doulas and as mothers, we feel this deeply. The fear of not knowing if your child is safe, the desperate prayers, the waiting, it's something no parent should ever have to experience.
We want to wrap every mother, every family, and every child affected in love, strength, and peace. Whether you're directly impacted or simply carrying the weight of someone else’s pain, we’re standing with you.
The peace sign made with our hands in this photo is more than a gesture, it’s a prayer. A prayer for calm in the chaos, for comfort in uncertainty, and for the safe return and healing of every child and family affected.
Please know that you are not alone. We are here for anything you may need, whether it’s emotional support, a listening ear, or just a quiet moment to breathe together.
With love,
North Dallas Doula Associates
