On September 26th, we had a number of SMU Pre-Health Students attend the UT Southwestern Research & Health Careers Conference. Students were able to get more insight into student life, careers in health professions and related industries, and practical ways to begin preparing for professional school.

We're so glad they were able to take advantage of such a unique and impactful opportunity!

We are one week away from our upcoming event Unlocking the Door to Medical School! This annual event brings a medical school dean to campus to share valuable information about the medical school admissions process and is open to all students pursuing Pre-Health professions.

This year, we will be joined by the Assistant Dean of Admissions at Texas A&M Vashisht College of Medicine, Fernando Vasquez. We are excited about this upcoming program and the insights our students will gain from Dean Vasquez's visit. Eligible students will also be able to participate in an MCAT Prep Scholarship drawing.
