The Upper School is celebrating Read Across America this week. To celebrate, we have guest readers joining our students during library time. Today, Father Ryan read “Jack Giorgio: Future Priest” by Katie Warner our 4th Graders.

Read Across America, which coincides with Dr. Suess’ birthday each year, is a week where children are encouraged to read and celebrate reading in all its forms. It also aims to promote cultural awareness, build community, and improve literacy rates.

Today all students on both campuses participated in Ash Wednesday Mass. Ash Wednesday marks the start of Lent, a season of reflection, prayer, and renewal. Let’s take this time to open our hearts, serve others, and walk this journey together as a faith-filled community.

Lent is a season of reflection, renewal, and purpose. It’s a time to pause, reset, and focus on what truly matters—growing, giving, and being more intentional in our daily lives.

Let’s take this journey together and make the most of these 40 days!

Reminder: US students should wear formal uniform tomorrow for Ash Wednesday Mass.

Please check for the Church’s Ash Wednesday services tomorrow.

8th grade social studies is bringing history to life! Coinciding with Black History Month, students are exploring the stories of Black American heroes from the time of slavery and the Underground Railroad. Through picture books from our Upper School Library and their own online research, they are deepening their understanding of history while reflecting on the dignity of every person. Rooted in our Catholic faith, this study fosters empathy, compassion, and a commitment to justice.
