The scare is right around the corner.

​Sent on behalf of our fellow Puerto Rican friends and colleagues at UT Southwestern:​

Hello all,

As all of you may know, category 4 hurricane, Maria, has devastated Puerto Rico. Us as Puerto Ricans, and you as compassionate human beings might be frustrated because there is no immediate action we can take to help Puerto Rico, our family, and friends. There is little to no communication with the people and feelings of angst and sadness cover us all. My family is luckily safe but other families have not had the same fate. Houses were destroyed and many people have lost everything. The least we can do is donate either high priority basic items or funds so Puerto Rico can recover.

Items from the list below will be collected in the Student Graduate Lounge in NL3.

Help is greatly appreciated and dear to our hearts.
