Today, my two Double-Block Education classes took assessments to determine their Leadership skills. Whether it was assertive, being a listener, showcasing patience, or displaying empathy; all characteristics bring valuable tools to an entire group.

After grouping like-minded members together, they were tasked with creating an artifact that represents their Leadership traits.

Below are their examples. Roses, Sunshine, a puzzle, a family with pets, paintbrushes, teamwork of joined hands, a shining star, empathy, and an "A" for effort.

When we bring our full tool-bag to the table.....we all learn to see through a different Lens.

Huntsville High School represented Nationals in Portland with strength and determination. Even though we did not make Medal contention this year; we won with heart!
