In Dallas and Detroit, our free STEM Clubs give students in grades 4–12 hands-on experiences in robotics, coding, engineering, drones, additive manufacturing, and more. They build confidence, explore real-world career pathways, and grow in a community of peers, mentors, and industry role models.

In our Innovation Cohort, young people spend 12 weeks exploring, adapting, and improving inventions created by underrepresented inventors, then applying design thinking to real community challenges. Along the way, they build confidence, strengthen communication and leadership, and see how hands-on STEM experiences can open doors to careers in robotics, drones, cybersecurity, AI, welding, and advanced manufacturing.
