SMU celebrates 31st annual National Night Out Oct. 7 - SMU DALLAS (SMU)—On Tuesday, Oct. 7, SMU will partner with neighborhoods throughout Dallas and thousands of communities nationwide for the 31st Annual National Night Out crime and drug prevention event.

Trailing 1-0 at halftime, the Mustangs received second half goals from sophomore Paige Jacobs and freshman Claire Oates to earn the comeback victory!

Claire Oates provided the game winning goal tonight as SMU Women's Soccer defeated UTSA 2-1!

The City of University Park will spray the SMU campus and surrounding area for mosquitoes on Thursday, Sept. 4. Spraying of the SMU campus is expected to begin late Thursday night and extend into early Friday morning.

As a precaution, the City recommends that you avoid being outside during spraying, close your windows and keep your pets inside.

MosquitoControl - SMU Because mosquitoes are especially active in North Texas from May to September, the City of University Park has been spraying for mosquitoes to diminish the threat of West Nile virus. SMU is working with area authorities in addressing the mosquito problem.
